  • Is there a setup fee?
    No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
  • Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
    No. You can get started reserving your custom URL (https://myurl.mspwerks.com) without a credit card. You will need a credit card to access the template SOP builder.
  • Can I cancel my account at any time?
    New subscribers may not cancel within the first twelve (12) months. If after your first (1st) year you decide that MSPwerks isn’t the best MSP software empowerment tool, simply cancel your account at any time.
  • How long are your contracts?
    All MSPwerks plans are month to month after the first twelve (12) months.
  • Do you offer any SOP Writing Services?
    Yes. If you would like any of your existing SOP's also incorporated into the portal and/or re-written for you, we offer a "pay-per-SOP" service. Please contact us for more information.
  • Can I use my own domain name?
    No. While you do get your own URL (myurl.mspwerks.com), however, at the moment we only support using our free mspwerks.com domain name at sign up.
  • What are your bandwidth fees?
    There are none. All MSPwerks plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.
  • Do I need a web host?
    No. MSPwerks is a web-based platform.
